Teradata Supplier Portal

Teradata is upgrading our ERP platform. As part of this change, we will be migrating to a new supplier portal in January 2025.

Please note:

  • The last day to submit an invoice through Teradata's iSupplier Portal will be Friday, December 20.

  • Invoices not received by Friday, December 20 will need to be held until the new system is live.

  • • At go-live, you will be able to submit an invoice in the new system using the Teradata purchase order number already provided to you.

  • • We will share a notice in January when the new portal is available. Log in credentials and a quick reference guide for submitting your invoice will be provided closer to our go-live date.

This site is for Teradata Suppliers who have already registered to submit invoices electronically or those participating in a Teradata Reverse Auction.

Please login with the username and password which was previously communicated to you.
If you experience difficulty logging in, contact the Teradata iSupplier team at teradata.isupplier@Teradata.com. In your email, be sure to include your Username, Company Name, and a description of the problem.

 Attention:

· Site works best with MS Edge browser.

· If you are unable to login, try adding "https://*.teradata.com" to your Trusted Sites.

· This site works best when running in "IE 9 Compatibility Mode".

Ø  See if the Compatibility View button appears in the Address bar. If you don't see the button, there's no need to turn on Compatibility View as there are no compatibility issues.

Ø  Tap or click the Compatibility View button to display the site in Compatibility View.  Click Add and the web address will be added to compatibility view, click Close Window.
